The systems will enable your customers to make payments using either their credit card or charge card. It will also enable your customer to initiate a payment by direct debit from their nominated bank account.
The phone based 1300 IVR and web payment page can either be customised and branded specifically for your business or it can alternatively be branded with the well known Maxi Bill Pay brand.
You will be provided with payment reports in a pre-designated format that you can use to electronically upload into your accounting, debtors or billing systems in order to enable you to update your debtor records and perform your bank reconciliation. A web based management facility will enable you to perform many additional functions including uploading batch files of payments, processing one off payments, setting up periodic or triggered payments, perform a manual bank reconciliation and search for specific transactions.
